根际促生菌对不同苗龄拟藿香叶绿绒蒿幼苗生长的影响

根际促生菌对不同苗龄拟藿香叶绿绒蒿幼苗生长的影响
The Effect of Growth-promoting Rhizobacteria on the Different Seedling Ages of Meconopsis baileyi
人工培育条件下,拟藿香叶绿绒蒿实生苗生长缓慢。为提高拟藿香叶绿绒蒿生长速度,本研究从野生拟藿香叶绿绒蒿根际土壤中筛选出促生功能菌株,制备了混合菌液菌肥;并选取5个苗龄的拟藿香叶绿绒蒿盆栽幼苗,进行了菌肥追施试验,通过测量株高、根长、叶面积、叶绿素含量等4项指标,研究了混合菌液对不同苗龄拟藿香叶绿绒蒿的生长影响。结果表明:(1)株高指标上,根际促生菌对5个苗龄的拟藿香叶绿绒蒿幼苗都有促进作用,但效果不明显;(2)根长指标上,根际促生菌对9个月苗龄的拟藿香叶绿绒蒿幼苗促进作用极显著(P < 0.01,增加值38.94 mm),对4个月苗龄幼苗的促进作用显著(P < 0.05,增加值21.67 mm);(3)叶面积指标上,根际促生菌对3个月苗龄幼苗叶面积的促进效果极显著(P < 0.01,增加值19.59 cm²),对8个月苗龄幼苗的促生作用显著(P < 0.05,增加值65.41 cm²);(4)在叶绿素含量指标上,根际促生菌对8个月苗龄幼苗的促生作用显著(P < 0.05,增加值8.10 SPAD)。综合认为:试验范围内,根际促生菌有利于提高拟藿香叶绿绒蒿实生苗生长速度,能够促进其实生苗的生长,且8个月苗龄是最佳施用期。
Under cultivation conditions, the growth of seedlings of Meconopsis baileyi is slow. In order to improve it’s growth rate, this study screened functional strains from the rhizosphere soil of M. baileyi in wild, and prepared a mixed liquid bacterial-fertilizer; 5 type seedlings of M. baileyi,which at different ages, were selected for bacterial-fertilizer experiment. By measuring four indicators, i.e. plant height, root length, leaf area, and chlorophyll content, the effect of growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the growth of M. baileyi seedlings at different ages was studied. The results showed that: (1) In plant height, PGPR had a promoting effect on 5 type seedlings of M. baileyi, but the effect was not significant; (2) In root length, PGPR had a highly significant promoting effect (P < 0.01, increase 38.94 mm) on 9-month-old seedlings of M. baileyi, and a significant promoting effect (P < 0.05, increase 21.67 mm) on 4-month-old seedlings; (3) In leaf area, PGPR had a highly significant promoting effect on 3-month-old seedlings (P < 0.01, increase 19.59 cm²), and a significant promoting effect on 8-month-old seedlings (P < 0.05, increase 65.41 cm²); (4) In chlorophyll content, PGPR had a significant promoting effect on 8-month-old seedlings (P < 0.05, increase 8.10 SPAD). Overall, it is believed that: in the scope of the experiment, PGPR can promote the growth of seedlings of M. baileyi, and the 8-month-old seedling is the best application period.
