基于MaxEnt模型的蓝玉簪龙胆潜在适生区预测及其影响因子研究
Prediction of Potential Suitable Habitats and Study of Influencing Factors for Gentiana veitchiorum Based on MaxEnt Model
蓝玉簪龙胆(Gentiana veitchiorum)是一种兼具高观赏价值与药用价值,同时具备重要生态和经济价值的植物。本研究利用MaxEnt模型预测蓝玉簪龙胆在中国的潜在适生区,并评估影响其地理分布的主要环境因子,有助于其保护策略的制定与开发利用。本文选取了475个蓝玉簪龙胆分布点,24个环境变量,使用MaxEnt模型对蓝玉簪龙胆的适生区进行了预测。结果显示,AUC平均值为0.943、大于0.9,表明模型预测结果较为准确,蓝玉簪龙胆的预测分布区分为4个等级,其中高适生区面积59.97万km2,中适生区59.96万km2,低适生区143.3万km2,非适生区696.7万km2,影响蓝玉簪龙胆分布的关键环境变量为等温性(bio3)、温度季节性变化标准差(bio4)、最冷季平均温度(bio11)、最热季降水量(bio18)、海拔。蓝玉簪龙胆适宜高海拔喜冷凉气候较为稳定且有一定降水的地区。最佳潜在适生区主要分布在四川西部、四川西南与云南的交界地带,以及四川西北与青海、甘肃三省的交界地区;青海东部和南部也分布着一些高适生区域,西藏东部、东南部和藏南地区同样拥有部分高适生区。
Gentiana veitchiorum is a plant with both ornamental and medicinal values, as well as significant ecological and economic benefits.This study aimed to predict the suitable habitats of G. veitchiorum in China using niche modeling, and to evaluate the main environmental factors that affect its geographical distribution, which would help in the formulation of conservation strategies and the development and utilization of the plant. This study selected 475 distribution points of G. veitchiorum and 24 environmental variables and used the MaxEnt model to predict the appropriate habitats for G. veitchiorum.The results showed that the average AUC value was 0.943, which was higher than 0.9, indicating that the model results were fairly accurate,The predicted distribution of G. veitchiorum can be divided into four levels, with a high suitable area of 5.997 × 105 km2, a medium suitable area of 5.996 × 105 km2, a low suitable area of 1.433 × 106 km2, and a non suitable area of 6.967 × 106 km2. The key environmental factors that affected the distribution of G. veitchiorum were: bio3 (isothermality), bio4 (standard deviation of temperature seasonal change), bio11 (mean temperature of the coldest season), bio18 (mean precipitation of the hottest season), and altitude. G. veitchiorum was suitable for high altitudes, with cold and stable climate and some precipitation. The best habitats were mainly found in western Sichuan, the border between Sichuan and Yunnan in the southwest, the border between Sichuan, Qinghai, and Gansu in the northwest, and the eastern and southern parts of Qinghai. Some highly suitable habitats were also found in the eastern, southeastern, and southern parts of Xizang.
