不同掺量凝灰岩对西藏农业灌溉水渠混凝土的抗冻性能影响研究
A Study of the Influence of Tuff with Different Content on Frost Resistance of Concrete in Agricultural Irrigation Channels in Xizang
本文研究了不同掺量凝灰岩对西藏农业灌溉水渠混凝土的劈拉强度、抗压强度和冻后质量损失产生的影响,设计出不同凝灰岩掺量下自密实混凝土试验方案。通过试验结果分析得出凝灰岩掺量百分比在0% ~ 15%范围内混凝土的抗冻性随凝灰岩的掺量增加而增强,掺量百分比在15% ~ 30%范围内混凝土密实度随凝灰岩含量的增加而增大,强度随凝灰岩含量的增加而降低,混凝土冻后质量损失率随凝灰岩掺量的增加而降低。研究结果表明凝灰岩对西藏农业灌溉水渠混凝土的抗冻性能有明显提升。
In this paper, the effects of different tuff content on the split-tensile strength, compressive strength and post-freezing mass loss of concrete in agricultural irrigation channels in Xizang were studied, and the test scheme of self-compact concrete with different tuff content was designed. Through the analysis of the test results, it is concluded that the freeze resistance of concrete increased with the increase of tuff content in the range of 0% to 15%, the concrete compactness increased with the increase of tuff content in the range of 15% to 30%, and the strength decreased with the increase of tuff content. The mass loss rate of concrete after freezing decreased with the increase of tuff content. The results showed that tuff significantly improved the frost resistance of concrete in agricultural irrigation channels in Xizang.
