施肥对西藏红豆杉苗木生长的影响
Effects of Fertilization on the Growth of Taxus wallichiana Zucc Seedlings
为促进西藏红豆杉苗木生长,探索K、P元素对苗木生长的影响,以5 a生的西藏红豆杉苗木为研究对象,通过施用KH2PO4复合肥,设置3水平施肥量(5 g、10 g、15 g),以不施肥为对照(CK),分析西藏红豆杉幼苗生长状况及光合特性。研究结果表明,适量施肥对西藏红豆杉苗木的生长具有显著作用,随着施肥量的增加,西藏红豆杉的生长指标和光合参数均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。红豆杉苗木生长最佳施肥量为10 g(K为2.87 g,P为2.28 g)时,红豆杉的苗高、地径最大,分别为6.23 cm、3.32 mm,高经比最小4.39,净光合速率值最大3.684 μmol (m-2·s-1)。K、P对西藏红豆杉的苗木生长具有良好的促进作用,初步判断红豆杉苗期生长所需K、P元素比例为5∶4,不足或超量反而起抑制作用。研究结果为珍稀树种西藏红豆杉的壮苗技术措施提供理论支撑。
In order to promote the growth and explore the effects of K and P elements on the growth of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings, this study took 5a-growing seedlings as the research object, and analyzed the growth status and photosynthetic characteristics of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings by applying KH2PO4 compound fertilizer, setting 3 levels of fertilizer application (5 g, 10 g, 15 g), and no fertilization as the control (CK). The results showed that proper fertilization had a significant effect on the growth of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings. With the increase of fertilizer application, the growth indexes and photosynthetic parameters of Taxus wallichiana Zucc increased first and then decreased. When the optimal fertilizer rate of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings was 10 g (K was 2.87 g, P was 2.28 g), the seedling height and ground diameter were the largest 6.23 cm, 3.32 mm, the ratio of height to diameter was the smallest 4.39, and the net photosynthetic rate was the largest 3.684 μmol CO2/(m²·s). K and P promoted the growth of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings. The ratio of K and P elements required for the growth of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings was 5:4, and insufficient or excessive amount inhibited the growth of Taxus wallichiana Zucc seedlings. The research results provided theoretical support for the technical measures of strengthening seedlings of Taxus wallichiana Zucc, a rare species in Xizang.
