林芝市农业经济与农业生态环境耦合研究
Research on the Coupling of Agricultural Economy and Agricultural Ecological Environment in Linzhi City
农业经济与农业生态环境系统协调发展是农业实现可持续发展的重要基础。本文基于2009 - 2022年林芝市统计数据,通过构建农业经济与农业生态环境综合发展评价指标体系,运用熵权法、静态耦合协调模型和动态耦合演化模型,对林芝市农业经济与农业生态环境耦合情况进行实证分析。研究结果显示:(1)林芝市农业经济综合得分从2009年的0.02上升到2022年的0.90;林芝市农业生态环境综合得分从2009年的0.19上升到2022年的0.86。(2)林芝市农业经济与农业生态环境的耦合度从2009年的0.29波动回升到2022年的0.93;林芝市农业经济与农业生态环境的协调度从2009年的0.17上升到2022年的0.90。(3)林芝市农业经济与农业生态环境的动态耦合从2009年的-17.90上升到2017年的54.79;之后从2018年下降到2022年的52.34。基于实证分析,得出的研究结论为:(1)林芝市农业经济发展呈现稳步上升的趋势;林芝市农业生态环境同样保持向好趋势。(2)林芝市的农业经济与农业生态环境有着相对较强的关联;林芝市耦合协调度总体呈现也稳步上升的趋势;(3)林芝市农业经济与农业生态环境动态耦合变化趋势呈现前期稳中向好,后期动力不足的现象。为实现林芝市农业可持续发展,本文提出要完善农业产业结构、加强农业生产技术水平和科学培育水平以及鼓励发展环境友好型农业等政策建议。
The coordinated development of agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment system is an important foundation for achieving sustainable development in agriculture. This article is based on the statistical data of Linzhi City from 2009 to 2022. By constructing an evaluation index system for the comprehensive development of agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment, the entropy weight method, static coupling coordination model, and dynamic coupling evolution model are used to empirically analyze the coupling between agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City. The research results show: (1) The comprehensive score of agricultural economy in Linzhi City increased from 0.02 in 2009 to 0.90 in 2022; the comprehensive score of agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City increased from 0.19 in 2009 to 0.86 in 2022. (2) The coupling degree between agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City fluctuated from 0.29 in 2009 to 0.93 in 2022; the coordination degree between agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City increased from 0.17 in 2009 to 0.90 in 2022. (3) The dynamic coupling between agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City increased from 17.90 in 2009 to 54.79 in 2017; afterwards, it decreased from 2018 to 52.34 in 2022. Based on empirical analysis, the research conclusion is as follows: (1) The agricultural economy development in Linzhi City showed a steady upward trend; the agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City also maintained a positive trend. (2) There was a relatively strong correlation between the agricultural economy and the agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City; the overall coupling coordination degree of Linzhi City showed a steady upward trend; (3) The dynamic coupling trend between agricultural economy and agricultural ecological environment in Linzhi City showed a stable and positive trend in the early stage, but a lack of momentum in the later stage. To achieve sustainable development of agriculture in Linzhi City, this article proposes policy recommendations such as improving the agricultural industry structure, strengthening the level of agricultural production technology and scientific cultivation, and encouraging the development of environmentally friendly agriculture.
