朗县洞嘎镇巨柏群体果实与种子表型变异研究
Variation Analysis of Phenotypic Traits of Seeds and Cones in Cupressus gigantea
巨柏是我国特有保护树种,主要分布在西藏东南部河谷区域,具有重要的生态价值。本研究对朗县洞嘎镇25株巨柏果实与种子的7个表型数据进行了变异系数、多样性及相关性分析,探讨了其遗传变异状况,以期为巨柏资源及其遗传多样性保护提供科学依据。结果表明:巨柏果实与种子表型性状离散程度较轻,7个表型性状变异系数变动于4.596% ~ 14.376%,均值为8.827%;巨柏表型多样性水平较低,Shannon-wiener 多样性指数变动范围为1.820 ~ 1.892,平均为1.866;部分表型性状之间存在显著或极显著的相关关系,特别是果实宽与种子表面积、种长、种宽之间,以及种长与种子表面积、种宽之间均有极显著的相关关系。总体来说,巨柏果实性状的变异程度小于种子性状,说明种子表型性状遗传变异更加丰富。
Cupressus gigantean, being a rare and protected species endemic to the eastern Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, is mainly distributed in the river valleys of southeast Xizang, with remarkable and important ecological values. In the present study, the variation coefficients, Shannon-wiener indexes, and correlation of seven phenotypic traits of cones and seeds for twenty-five trees were analyzed, and the genetic variation status was discussed, in order to provide scientific basis for conservation of C. gigantean resources and genetic diversity. The results showed that the variation coefficient of seven phenotypic traits varied from 4.596% to 14.376%, with an average of 8.827%. The Shannon-wiener index ranged from 1.820 to 1.892, averaging 1.866. There were significant or extremely significant correlations among some phenotypic traits, especially between the width of a cone and the area of a seed, between a seed's length and width, and between a seed's length, area and width. In general, the variation degree of cone traits was less than that of seed traits, indicating that the genetic variation of seed phenotypic traits was more abundant.
