金东乡辣椒根腐病病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性研究
Identification of Pathogenic Bacteria of Pepper Root Rot in Jindong Township and Its Biological Characteristics
为明确林芝市金东乡“朗县辣椒”根腐病病原菌及其生物学特性,从金东乡采集到辣椒根腐病样品进行病原菌分离,采用伤根灌接法进行致病性检验,结合形态学鉴定及分子学鉴定确定病原菌物种,并测定不同温度、培养基、pH、碳源、氮源、无机盐对病原菌的影响。结果表明,病原菌被鉴定为茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani),在茄子培养基上生长速率最快,在辣椒培养基上菌丝最浓密;最适温度为30 ℃,最适pH为7 ~ 8;最适碳源为半乳糖,最适氮源为亚硝酸钠 ;最适无机盐是氯化钠。本研究可为金东乡辣椒根腐病的防治奠定了基础。
In order to identify the root rot pathogens of 'Langxian Capsicum' in Jindong Township, Linzhi City, and their biological characteristics, the pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the samples collected from Jindong Township. Samples of capsicum root rot were collected from Jindong Township for isolation of the pathogen, and the pathogenicity test was carried out by wounding and root grafting method, which was combined with morphological and molecular identification to determine the species of the pathogen, and to determine the effects of different temperatures, culture media, pH, carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on the pathogen. The pathogen was identified as Fusarium solani, with the fastest growth rate on aubergine medium and the densest mycelium on capsicum medium; the optimum temperature was 30°C, the optimum pH was 7 ~ 8; the optimum carbon source was galactose, the optimum nitrogen source was NaNO₂; the optimum inorganic salt was NaCl. This study lays the foundation for the control of Capsicum root rot in Jindong Township.
