西藏天仙子不同部位的红外光谱特性

西藏天仙子不同部位的红外光谱特性
Infrared Spectral Characteristics of Different Parts of Hyoscyamus niger L. from Xizang
为实现西藏天仙子不同部位的鉴别和质量控制,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)仪获得天仙子种子、根、茎、叶和果荚5个部位的原始红外光谱,利用OMNIC 9.0 软件预处理光谱,OriginPro2024软件绘制相关红外光谱图,IBM SPSS Statistics29.0聚类分析不同部位二阶导数红外光谱(1 800 ~ 600 cm-1)。结果显示:西藏天仙子5个不同部位原始红外光谱和二阶导数红外光谱均存在显著差异。分析二阶导数红外光谱,种子和叶最相似(0.3 456),聚类分析种子自成一类;种子在1 752、1 741 cm-1 处吸收峰尖锐且强,可区分种子与其他4个部位;根在1 632 cm-1处吸收峰不明显,可区分种子和根;叶在1 387、 1 170 cm-1 处吸收峰不明显,可区分种子和叶;种子在785、697 cm-1处无明显吸收峰,可区分种子与茎和果荚。因此,通过红外光谱可实现天仙子5个不同部位的快速鉴别。本研究成果初步揭示了天仙子不同部位的化学信息,为不同部位鉴别提供了一种快速、简便、准确的方法,且为天仙子药材资源的质量控制与应用开发提供了依据。
To achieve the identification and quality control of different parts of Hyoscyamus niger L. from Xizang, this study obtained the raw infrared spectra of five parts: seeds, roots, stems, leaves, and fruit pods, using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). The spectra were preprocessed, using OMNIC 9.0 software, and the relevant infrared spectral graphs were plotted, using OriginPro 2024 software. Cluster analysis of the second derivative infrared spectra (1 800 ~ 600 cm-1) was performed, using IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0. The results showed that there were significant differences between the original infrared spectra and the second derivative infrared spectra of the five different parts of Hyoscyamus niger L. The second derivative infrared spectra showed greatest similarity between seeds and leaves (coefficient: 0.3 456), whereas cluster analysis grouped the seeds into a distinct cluster. The absorption peaks of seeds at 1 752 and 1 741 cm-1 were sharp and strong, allowing for their differentiation from the other four parts. The absence of an obvious absorption peak at 1 632 cm-1 in the roots helped distinguish them from the seeds. For leaves, the absorption peaks at 1 387 and 1 170 cm-1 were not obvious, allowing for differentiation of seeds from leaves. Additionally, the lack of significant absorption peaks for seeds at 785 and 697 cm-1 enabled their differentiation from stems and fruit pods. Therefore, rapid identification of the five different parts of Hyoscyamus niger L. can be achieved through infrared spectroscopy. The findings of this study provide insights into the chemical information of different parts of Hyoscyamus niger L., with a fast, simple, and accurate method for identification and a basis for the quality control and application development of Hyoscyamus niger L. resources.
