不同种衣剂对“苏拉青2号”生长及产量的影响研究
A Study of the Effects of Different Seed Coating Agents on the Growth and Yield of Highland Barley Variety "Sulaqing 2"
本研究旨在筛选适配青稞新品种“苏拉青2号”的高效种衣剂方案,解决其种植中病虫害防控难、产量提升受限等问题。选用不同种类的新型种衣剂,采用随机区组试验设计,通过2021 - 2023年连续田间试验,系统评估了不同类型种衣剂及组合的病害防效、增产效果及抗逆性,并结合防效、增产、生态安全构建分级应用体系。结果表明,奥拜瑞(300 mL/100 kg种子)处理对黑穗病防效最佳,实产较对照提升9.08%,且有效减少虫害发生,为综合表现最优方案;扑力猛160 mL+亮猛400 g/100 kg组合通过杀虫杀菌协同增效,适用于连作田病虫害防控;禾跃60 mL+帮巧时200 mL/100 kg与德拌400 mL/100 kg表现稳定,可作为中等病虫害压力区域的示范方案。结果说明,苏拉青2号示范推广中应基于抗性管理需求选择适宜方案,同时考虑“奥拜瑞与扑力猛+亮猛轮换使用”的技术策略及注意事项。本研究结果将为“苏拉青2号”精准防控与增产及大面积示范推广提供技术支撑。
This study aimed to screen out high-efficiency seed coating agent schemes suitable for "Sulaqing 2", a new Highland Barley variety, and address problems such as difficult prevention and control of diseases and insect pests, as well as limited yield improvement in its cultivation. Different types of new seed coating agents were selected, and a randomized block design was adopted. Through consecutive field experiments from 2021 to 2023, the disease control effect, yield-increasing effect and stress resistance of different types of seed coating agents and their combinations were systematically evaluated. A hierarchical application system was constructed by integrating control effect, yield increase and ecological security. The results showed that the treatment with Oberon (300 mL per 100 kg of seeds) achieved the best control effect on loose smut, increased the actual yield by 9.08% compared with the control, and significantly reduced the occurrence of insect pests, making it the optimal comprehensive scheme. The combination of Pulimeng (160 mL) + Liangmeng (400 g) per 100 kg of seeds achieved synergistic effects in insecticidal and fungicidal activities, and was suitable for the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests in continuous cropping fields. The treatments of He yue (60 mL) + Bangqiaoshi (200 mL) per 100 kg of seeds and Deban (400 mL per 100 kg of seeds) showed stable performance, and could be used as demonstration schemes in areas with moderate pressure of diseases and insect pests. The results indicated that in the demonstration and promotion of "Sulaqing 2", the optimal scheme should be initially selected based on the requirement of resistance management, while the technical strategy of "alternate use of Oberon and Pulimeng + Liangmeng" and relevant precautions should be taken into account. The results of this study will provide technical support for the precise prevention and control, yield increase, and large-scale demonstration and promotion of "Sulaqing 2".
