基于问题为导向的小组讨论式线上线下相结合教学设计与实施——以人体解剖学为例

基于问题为导向的小组讨论式线上线下相结合教学设计与实施——以人体解剖学为例
Design and implementation of online-offline integrated teaching based on problem-based learning and group discussions—a case study of Human Anatomy
目的 通过整合基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)与小组讨论式线上线下相结合的混合式学习,构建多样化教学模式,旨在探索一套能够有效提升人体解剖学教学成效的新方法。 方法 选取本校2023级全科医学专业本科生为研究对象,其中2班和3班为研究组,采用“PBL+小组讨论式”线上线下相结合教学模式;1班和4班为对照组,采用传统教学模式。比较2组学习成绩及教学效果。 结果 总评成绩和期末理论考试成绩研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组学生对学习兴趣、学习主动性以及课堂组织方面都较为满意。 结论 “PBL+小组讨论式”线上线下相结合教学模式能有效提高学生学习成绩,提升学生学习兴趣、自主学习能力及小组协作能力。
Objective To construct a diversified teaching model by integrating problem-based learning(PBL) with a blended online and offline group discussion approach, aiming to explore a new method that can effectively enhance the teaching outcomes of Human Anatomy. Methods Students of Grade 2023 majoring in general medicine in 2023 were selected as subjects. Classes 2 and 3 were assigned as the experimental group, receiving the "PBL + group discussion" blended teaching model, while Classes 1 and 4 served as the control group, following traditional teaching methods. Academic performance and teaching effectiveness evaluations were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group showed significantly higher overall assessment scores and final theoretical examination results than thosee of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Students in the experimental group experienced higher satisfaction with learning interest, learning initiative, and classroom organization. Conclusion The "PBL + group discussion" blended online and offline teaching model can effectively improve students' academic performance, enhance their learning interest, self-directed learning ability, and teamwork skills.
