摘要

本文将高校党建工作深度融入院（系）党组织发展建设，融入教学、科研、学科建设，融入人才精英和管理领跑者建设，以打造党建品牌建设推进院（系）发展，以优化教学、科研和学科建设新渠道推进高校综合实力提升，以提升人才和干部队伍建设水平全面推进队伍素质能力提高，以期为党建引领高校内涵式发展提供参考。

Abstract

In this paper, Party building work in colleges and universities is deeply integrated into the development of the Party organizations in faculties (departments) and the construction of teaching, scientific research, disciplines, talents and management leaders, aiming to promote the development of faculties (departments), enhance the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities by optimizing new channels of teaching, scientific research and subject construction, and improve the quality and ability of talents and cadre team in an all-round way. It is expected to provide a reference for leading the connotative development of colleges and universities by Party building.
