青年期刊编辑能力提升路径刍议

摘要

青年编辑是保证科技期刊可持续发展的生力军，其职业素养和业务水平直接关乎期刊的内容质量和出版质量。在网络新媒体时代下，青年编辑只有适应时代发展和科技进步的需求，才能成为复合型的编辑人才。笔者强调，青年编辑尤其要注重选题策划能力、组稿/约稿能力、编辑业务能力、专业学术能力、宣传推广能力、服务创新能力的培养和提升，并就此提出了具体的办法和提升路径。

Abstract

Young editors are the backbone of ensuring the sustainable development of scientific journals, and their professional quality and level directly affect the content and publication quality of journals. In the era of new media, only by adapting to the development of the times and the needs of scientific and technological progress can young editors become composite editorial talents. The authors emphasize that young editors should focus on cultivating and improving abilities in topic selection and planning, manuscript submission/ invitation, editorial work, professional academic capabilities, publicity and promotion, and service innovation, and put forward specific methods and ways for improvement.
