摘要

中华优秀传统文化，是厚植文化自信、激发创新活力、推动中华民族伟大复兴关键的精神力量。高校图书馆必须充分发挥其现代化信息技术优势和结构合理高素质馆员队伍能力，通过资源整合，增强馆员在服务中开展育人本领，以培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人为目标，积极主动探寻文化传播新途径，为推动中华文化国际化、增强国家文化影响力贡献力量。

Abstract

Outstanding traditional Chinese culture is a vital spiritual force for fostering cultural confidence, stimulating innovation, and advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. University libraries must give full play to its modern information technology advantages and the highly qualified librarian teams to integrate resources effectively. By enhancing librarians' educational roles in service, libraries can contribute to cultivating well-rounded socialist builders and successors. Actively exploring new methods of cultural dissemination, university libraries can play a crucial role in promoting Chinese culture internationally and strengthening national cultural influence.
