The
author has conducted an exploration into the traditional college English
teaching evaluation system and found that the biggest problem lies in the
one-sidedness of the evaluation. The author has introduced the core concepts
and characteristics of Theory of Multiple Intelligence, and also meticulously
introduced the goals, contents, evaluation subjects, evaluation methods,
specific indicators involved in constructing a college English teaching
evaluation system based on this theory, as well as the teaching practice cases
carried out in universities. Of course, using Theory of Multiple Intelligence
to evaluate college English teaching also faces challenges in different
aspects. Finally, the author has made a prospect on the development prospects
of this evaluation system.
