摘要

多感官刺激(MSS)疗法作为一种基于神经可塑性理论的康复干预手段,在儿童康复领域逐渐成为临床研究热点。MSS通过激活儿童的多重感官,促进神经系统的有效整合,从而实现儿童认知功能、情感表达和社交能力的提升。目前,MSS已经逐步应用在早产、颅脑损伤、孤独症谱系障碍、全面发育迟缓及其他发育障碍儿童的临床实践中,并展示出良好的治疗效果和巨大潜力。本文旨在深入剖析并综述多感官刺激疗法的具体干预手段、神经整合机制及其在不同儿童群体中的应用进展,以期为优化儿童康复干预体系提供理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract

In recent years, multisensory stimulation therapy, as a rehabilitation intervention based on the theory of neural plasticity, has gradually become a clinical research hotspot in the field of child rehabilitation in China. This therapy aims to enhance children's cognitive function, emotional expression, and social skills by activating their multiple senses and promoting an effective integration of the nervous system. At present, it has gradually been applied in clinical practice for premature birth, traumatic brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, comprehensive developmental delay, and other developmental disorders in children, and has demonstrated significant therapeutic effects and potentials. In view of this, this article aimed to deeply analyze and summarize the specific intervention methods, neural integration mechanisms, and the latest progress in the application of multi sensory stimulation therapy in different groups of children, in order to provide a theoretical basis and reference practice for optimizing the rehabilitation intervention system for special children.
