摘要

目的 通过文献计量学分析,系统梳理和总结近年来慢性肾脏病(CKD)合并结核病(TB)的研究进展、热点与趋势。方法 检索2000年1月1日—2024年8月31日在Web of Science和中国知网数据库中CKD合并TB相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行数据可视化分析。结果 共纳入英文文献141篇,中文文献39篇。自2000年以来,全球发文量呈上升趋势,中国发文量呈缓慢发展。Baskent University和University of British Columbia是英文文献发文量最多的机构;广州市胸科医院结核内科和重庆医科大学是中文文献发文量最多的机构。关键词分析显示,研究热点集中于透析管理、TB感染部位(如肺TB/肺外TB)及抗TB治疗策略。突现词分析表明,近年研究逐渐转向疾病风险评估与诊疗方案优化。结论 CKD合并TB的研究仍处于缓慢发展阶段,未来需加强跨机构合作,重点关注分子机制、个体化治疗及流行病学特征,以应对临床诊疗挑战。

Abstract

Objective To systematically sort out and summarize the research progress, hotspots and trends of chronic kidney disease (CKD) combined with tuberculosis (TB) infection in recent years through a bibliometric analysis. Methods The literatures related to CKD combined with TB infection published from January 1, 2000 to August 31, 2024 were retrieved from the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Databases. CiteSpace software was used for data visualization and analysis. Results A total of 141 English and 39 Chinese articles were included in this study. Since 2000, the number of publications in the world has shown an overall upward trend, but the number of publications in China has remained in slow growth. Baskent University, University of British Columbia were the institutions with the most publications in English. Tuberculosis Medicine Department of Guangzhou Chest Hospital and Chongqing Medical University were the institutions with the largest number of Chinese articles. Keyword analysis showed that the research hotspots focused on dialysis management, TB infection site (such as pulmonary TB/extrapulmonary TB) and anti-TB treatment strategies. The emergence word analysis showed that in recent years, research has gradually turned to disease risk assessment and diagnosis and treatment plan optimization. Conclusion The research on CKD complicated with TB infection is still in a slow development stage. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and focus on molecular mechanisms, individualized treatment and epidemiological characteristics to meet the challenges of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
