武威市2005—2022年传染性疾病发病趋势及预测研究
The trend and forecast of infectious disease incidence in Wuwei City during 2005-2022
目的 分析2005—2022年武威市传染病疾病谱变迁规律,揭示传染病流行特征并预测趋势。方法 收集 2005—2022年武威市传染病数据及人口学资料,采用描述性流行病学方法分析传染病发病趋势及疾病谱变化规律,利用Joinpoint回归模型分析长期变化趋势,运用灰色系统 GM(1,1)模型预测研究。结果 2005—2022年武威市传染病总发病 278762例,2005—2010、2011—2016、2017—2022年的累计发病率分别为 688.58、485.18、383.59 例/万人,传染病疾病谱均以肠道、血液及性传播传染病为主,男性发病率整体高于女性。Joinpoint 回归模型显示总传染病、呼吸道传染病、肠道传染病、血液及性传播传染病发病率均呈下降趋势(平均年度变化百分比分别为
Objective To analyze the pattern of changes in the spectrum of infectious diseases in Wuwei City from 2005 to 2022,and to reveal the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases and make a trend forecast.Methods Infectious disease and demographic data in Wuwei City from 2005 to 2022 were collected.The descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the trend of infectious disease incidence and the changing patterns of the disease spectrum.The Joinpoint regression model was employed to analyze the long-term trend changes,and the grey system GM(1,1) model utilized for predictive research.Results The total number of cases of infectious diseases in Wuwei City from 2005 to 2022 was 278 762,and the cumula- tive incidence rates from 2005 to 2010, 2011 to 2016,and 2017 to 2022 were 688.58/10 000,485.18/10 000, and 383.59/10000,respectively,with the spectrum of infectious diseases being dominated by intestinal and blood and sexually transmitted diseases.The Joinpoint regression model showed that total infectious,respira- tory infectious,intestinal infectious and blood and sexually transmitted diseases all showed a decreasing trend (average annual percent change of -2.06%,-2.74%,-0.58%,and -7.43%,respectively),but insect-borne infectious diseases showed an increasing trend(average annual percent change of 27.22%).The results of the grey model prediction showed an overall decreasing trend in the incidence of infectious diseases in Wuwei City,with a predicted decrease of 31.01% by 2027 compared to 2022,while the predicted incidence of insect-borne infectious diseases increased by 2.89% .Conclusions From 2005 to 2022,all infectious diseases in Wuwei City were mainly intestinal and blood and sexually transmitted diseases,with the overall incidence rate showing a decreasing trend,and the incidence rate of insect-borne infectious diseases showing an increasing trend.The focus of future prevention and control should be to strengthen the monitoring,prevention and control of insect-borne infectious diseases.
