摘要

高原环境刺激、生活习惯、户外劳动等多种因素共同导致了高原地区翼状胬肉的高发。环境与翼状怒肉的关系是当前的研究热点,但是其核心的病理机制尚不明确。本文将系统综述国内、外的相关研究,结合中国西部高原地理环境特点,论述高原地区翼状媼肉的流行病学、临床特征、可能的病理机制,重点探讨中国西部高原地区翼状鴑肉的临床治疗现状和防控策略,为未来翼状媮肉的机制研究和高原地区翼状媼肉的临床防治提供新的参考。

Abstract

Various factors,including plateau environmental stimulation,outdoor labor,and living habits,joint- ly lead to a high incidence of pterygium in plateau areas.The relationship between the environment and pte- rygium is a hotspot in current research,but its core pathological mechanism is yet unclear.This paper system- atically reviewed relevant domestic and international studies,in combined consideration of the geographical environment of western plateau of China,to discuss the epidemiology,clinical features,and possible patholog- ical mechanisms of it in plateau areas,with a focus on exploring the current status of clinical treatment and prevention strategies against it in the western plateau regions of China,aiming to provide new references for its mechanism research and clinical prevention and treatment in plateau areas.
