从“诵记-解字-校注-联系-实践”多维度论《黄帝内经》治学之门径

从“诵记-解字-校注-联系-实践”多维度论《黄帝内经》治学之门径
A multidimensional exploration of the academic approach to the Huangdi’s Inner Classic of Medicine through “recitation, interpretation, annotation, correlation, and practice”
《黄帝内经》是中医学的首部经典,是中医理论的渊薮,但其成书年代久远,文字古奥,义理渊微,又历经传抄翻刻,给后世学者带来不小的学习挑战。掌握良好的学习方法,是研读《黄帝内经》的前提,然而目前有关《黄帝内经》治学方法探讨类的文献较少。以《黄帝内经》原文为本,结合古今诸家著述。从勤诵记,九层之台,起于累土;解字词,疏通文义,服务医理;参注释,明研校勘,旁通各家;重联系,贯通文字,前后互参;合临床,研经索旨,理系实践共5个方面论述《黄帝内经》治学之方法,以期能够准确理解和深刻把握《黄帝内经》中丰富而深刻的医学内涵。
The Huangdi’s Inner Classic of Medicine is the first and most foundational classic of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), serving as the theoretical cornerstone of the field. However, its ancient language, subtle philosophical ideas, and long history of transcription and revision present significant learning challenges for modern scholars. Mastery of effective study methods is a prerequisite for thoroughly understanding the text, yet few studies have explored such methodologies. Based on the original text and combined with classical and contemporary commentaries, this paper proposes five dimensions for studying the Huangdi’s Inner Classic of Medicine: Recitation, to lay a solid foundation through repeated reading; Interpretation, to clarify archaic language in service of medical principles; Annotation, to understand critical commentary and cross-reference various sources; Correlation, to trace textual links and integrate content coherently; and Practice, to connect theory with clinical application. This multidimensional approach aims to facilitate accurate comprehension and deep appreciation of the rich and profound medical knowledge embedded in the Inner Canon.
