基于深度学习的医院管理学课程效果评价研究
Study on the effectiveness evaluation of a hospital management course based on deep learning
目的 为评估基于深度学习课程设计的实施效果,对北京中医药大学2020级、2021级公共事业管理专业学生进行效果评价调查,旨在为进一步完善课程设计提供依据。 方法 采用问卷调查法,共回收有效问卷113份,运用访谈法,对问卷反映的问题进行一对一深度访谈,并采用文本分析法,对学生课程建议进行词频分析。 结果 学生对各章节知识掌握情况较好;“模拟医院” 教学设计新颖、效果好;案例讨论、小组学习与见习报告环节均达到了教学目标;学生高低阶能力均得到提升;学生对教学设计持肯定评价态度。 结论 医院管理课程设计应着重关注学生高阶能力的培养,基于深度学习的医院管理学课程设计获得了学生的高度评价,在今后的教学过程中还应重视闭环管理。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effectiveness of a hospital management course designed based on deep learning principles, targeting students majoring in public service administration from the 2020 and 2021 cohorts, and to provide a basis for further course improvement. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted, yielding 113 valid responses. In-depth one-on-one interviews were carried out to address issues reflected in the questionnaires. Text analysis was used to perform word frequency analysis on students’ course feedback. Results Students demonstrated good mastery of the knowledge in each chapter. The “simulated hospital” component was found to be innovative and effective. Teaching elements such as case discussions, group learning, and observation reports successfully achieved the intended learning objectives. Both lower-order and higher-order cognitive skills of students were improved, and students generally held positive attitudes toward the course design. Conclusion The hospital management course should emphasize the cultivation of students’ higher-order thinking skills. The deep learning-based course design received high evaluations from students, and the teaching process should incorporate closed-loop management to enhance instructional quality.
