基于教学学术成长续谱理论的教师教学能力发展探索与实践
Exploration and practice of teachers’ teaching ability development based on scholarship of the teaching and learning continuum of growth theory
教师是人才培养的决定性力量,教师发展的质量决定着教育质量。教学是教师基础且关键的能力,而教学能力与教学学术的发展呈现出密不可分的关系。教学学术是教师教学能力提升的内在基础,教学能力是教师教学学术发展的价值意蕴。基于上述背景,本研究在厘清教学学术核心概念的基础上,遵循教学学术成长续谱理论,从实践与发展的角度对临床骨干教师教学能力项目进行探索与设计,尝试构建以“理念勾勒—目标构建—活动重构—效果评价”为一体的教师教学发展项目,提供可行性指导框架,以期帮助骨干教师从教学发展逐渐向教学学术过渡,最终旨在促进教师的教学学术发展力。
Teachers are the decisive force in talent cultivation,and the quality of teacher development determines the quality of education.Teaching is a fundamental and critical core competence for teachers.There is an inseparable relationship between teaching ability and the development of the scholarship of teaching and learning(SoTL).SoTL is the intrinsic foundation for the enhancement of teachers’ teaching abilities, and teaching ability is the value significance of the development of scholarship of teaching and learning.Based on the above background,after clarifying the core concepts of scholarship of teaching and learning, this study follows the theory of SoTL continuum of growth.From the perspective of practice and development,it explores and designs the teachers’development project for key clinical backbone teachers.The study attempts to construct a teachers’development project that integrates conceptual outlining-goal setting-activity redesign-outcome evaluation.This project aims to provide a feasible guidance framework to help backbone teachers progress from teaching development to teaching and learning scholarship,ultimately aiming at the development capabilities of scholarship of teaching and learning.
