BOPPPS教学模式联合“雨课堂”平台运用于中医骨伤科临床带教的效果研究

BOPPPS教学模式联合“雨课堂”平台运用于中医骨伤科临床带教的效果研究
Practical study on the application of the BOPPPS model combined with the Rain Classroom platform in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics
目的 基于BOPPPS教学模式应用“雨课堂”平台,并将其运用于中医骨伤科学的临床带教中,观察学生成绩提升情况及满意度等指标。 方法 选取2023年4月—2024年3月在山东中医药大学第二附属医院骨伤科实习的80名本科生作为研究对象。按病区分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对2组学生在完成1个月转科后的理论与实践成绩和对BOPPPS教学模式的满意度进行比较。 结果 对照组学生的平均成绩(87.61±1.25)分,明显低于观察组(90.39±2.78)分,且观察组学生对教学的满意度(95%)显著高于对照组(90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 BOPPPS教学模式联合“雨课堂”在中医骨伤科临床带教中具有显著的应用效果。该教学模式不仅能够有效提升学生的理论知识和实践操作能力,还能够提高学生的学习兴趣和满意度。
Objective Based on the application of the BOPPPS model using “Rain Classroom” platform in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) orthopedics, this study aimed to observe student performance improvement and satisfaction levels. Methods The study involved 80 undergraduate transfer interns from the Department of Orthopedics at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into a control group (n=40) and an observation group (n=40) according to different wards. The theoretical and practical scores of the two groups after one month of rotation and their satisfaction with the BOPPPS teaching model were compared between two groups. Results The total scores of the control group (87.61±1.25) points were significantly lower than those of the observation group (90.39±2.78) points. Additionally, the satisfaction rate of the observation group with the teaching model (95%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (90%), with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of the BOPPPS model and “Rain Classroom” demonstrated significant effectiveness in application in the clinical teaching of TCM orthopedics. This teaching model not only effectively enhances students’ theoretical knowledge and practical operational skills but also improves their learning interest and satisfaction.
