传统四诊结合现代理化检查在风湿科实习中的应用效果研究
Study on the application effect of traditional four diagnostic methods combined with modern physical and chemical examinations in rheumatology internships
目的 探讨传统四诊与现代理化检查相结合的辨证方法对提高风湿科轮转实习生中医辨证论治思维能力的影响。 方法 将南方医科大学中西医结合医院2018、2019级中医学、中西医结合临床医学专业实习生采用随机数字表法分为2组,观察组(n=23)采用传统四诊与现代理化检查相结合的辨证方法,对照组(n=19)采用传统四诊辨证方法。比较2组实习生的出科理论考核成绩、辨证论治思维能力考核成绩及教学效果评价。 结果 观察组实习生在理论考核和辨证论治思维能力考核中均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组实习生教学效果评价平均分高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 传统四诊与现代理化检查相结合的辨证方法能够将抽象的中医证型具体化,并实现疗效的可视化,可有效提升风湿科轮转实习生的中医辨证论治思维能力。
Objective To explore the impact of combining the traditional four diagnostic methods and modern physical and chemical examination on improving the thinking ability of TCM syndrome differentiation in rheumatology rotation interns. Methods The interns of the 2018 and 2019 grades majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical Medicine at the Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Southern Medical University were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method. The experimental group (n=23) adopted the diagnostic method combining traditional four diagnostic methods with modern physical and chemical examinations, while the control group (n=19) adopted the traditional four diagnostic methods. The theoretical examination scores at the end of the internship, the scores of the diagnostic and therapeutic thinking ability assessment, and the teaching effect evaluation forms were compared between two groups. Results The experimental group performed better than the control group in both theoretical assessment and the assessment of syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking ability in treatment (P<0.05), and the average score of teaching effect evaluation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic method that combines traditional four diagnostic methods with modern physical and chemical examinations can make abstract TCM patterns more concrete, realize the visualization of therapeutic effects, and improve the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking ability of interns rotating in the rheumatology department.
