中医药院校学生助管劳动育人模型研究
Research on the model of student assistant labor education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities
目的 构建中医药院校学生助管劳动育人模型,更好地开展中医药院校学生助管劳动教育。 方法 对2022—2023年北京中医药大学72名在岗时间超过6个月的助管学生进行深度访谈,并对访谈资料进行质性分析。 结果 通过扎根理论三级编码,构建出“激发—实践—成长”的中医药院校学生助管劳动育人模型。 结论 中医药院校通过“激发—实践—成长”的学生助管劳动育人模型,激发学生内在动力,引领学生深入劳动实践,帮助学生实现个人成长,为其走上临床及求职就业奠定基础,该模型值得进一步研究及推广。
Objective To build the model of student assistant labor education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, and to better carry out the education of assistant labor education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Methods An in-depth interview was conducted with 72 student assistants from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine who had been employed for more than 6 months between 2022 and 2023, and the qualitative analysis of the interview data was carried out. Results Through the three-level coding of grounded theory, a model of “stimulation-practice-growth” of student assistant labor education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges was constructed. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges and universities use a student assisted labor education model of “stimulation practice growth” to stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation, lead them to engage in labor practice, help them achieve personal growth, and lay the foundation for their clinical and job seeking careers. This model is worthy of further research and promotion.
