基于CiteSpace的中医学“四大经典”课程教学研究现状与热点分析

基于CiteSpace的中医学“四大经典”课程教学研究现状与热点分析
Current situation and hotspot analysis of the teaching and research on “The Four Classics” courses of traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace
目的 对中国1995—2024年中医学“四大经典”课程教学研究文献进行计量可视化分析,为中医药的经典传承与教育教学的质量提升提供参考。 方法 检索中国知网数据库纳入中医学“四大经典”课程教学研究相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件对文献作者、机构和关键词等进行可视化分析。 结果 共纳入中医学“四大经典”课程教学研究文献1 609篇,共涉及核心作者286名,发文量最大的机构为北京中医药大学。出现频次及中介中心性较高的关键词为“教学研究”“教学方法”“教学模式”“课程思政”等。关键词聚类得出“教学改革”“中医教育”“教学方法”“临床教学”是研究的热点领域。突现强度较高的关键词为“思维导图”“线上教学”“课程思政”。 结论 中医学“四大经典”课程是中医药教育的核心组成部分,近年来持续开展探索与实践。未来可以进一步以理论筑牢基础,深化经典研究;以临床诠释经典,强化实践应用;以合作促进交流,拓展研究领域,结合现代科技推动跨学科融合,以实现中医药经典的守正创新。
Objective To quantitatively and visually analyze the teaching and research literature of the “The Four Classics” courses of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China from 1995 to 2024, so as to provide reference for the inheritance of TCM classics and the improvement of educational and teaching quality. Methods The literature related to the teaching and research of the “The Four Classics” course of TCM was checked in CNKI database, and the authors, institutions and keywords of the literature were visually analyzed using CiteSpace software. Results A total of 1 609 literatures on the teaching and research of the “The Four Classics” courses of TCM were selected, and 286 core authors were involved in this field. The institution with the largest number of publications was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The keywords with high frequency and medium centrality are “teaching research” “teaching methods” “teaching modes”, “curriculum ideology and politics” and so on. It is concluded that “teaching reform” “traditional Chinese medicine education” “teaching method” and “clinical teaching” are the hot areas of research. The key words with high emergent intensity are “mind mapping” “online teaching” and “curriculum ideology and politics”. Conclusion “The Four Classics” courses of TCM are the core component of TCM education, and have been continuously explored and practiced in recent years. In the future, efforts should focus on building a solid foundation and deepening research on Classics; interpreting the Classics in clinical contexts to strengthen practical application;promoting exchanges through cooperation,expanding fields, and promote interdisciplinary integration in combination with modern science and technology, so as to realize the integrity and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine classics.
