基于CiteSpace的2004—2024年中医实践教学研究热点及前沿分析
Research focus and frontier of traditional Chinese medicine practice teaching based on CiteSpace between 2004 and 2024
目的 探讨中国2004—2024年中医实践教学研究热点和前沿趋势。 方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)2004年10月31日—2024年10月31日收录的与中医实践教学相关文献,通过CiteSpace可视化软件对发文量、研究机构、作者、关键词等进行多方面统计分析,绘制知识图谱。 结果 共纳入1 188篇文章,发文量总体呈波动上升趋势,共发表于198种期刊,共涉及研究机构133家,有293名作者参与该领域文献发表;研究领域大致可以分为中医专业学科、教育与教学模式、临床教学与实践;当前研究前沿为思政教育、中医临床思维、中医经典。 结论 我国中医实践教学领域的探索和思考仍在继续,备受关注和重视,总体研究趋势为增长与波动并存;改革与人才培养为当下研究热点,但研究团队及机构合作较为局限,有待进一步合作沟通。
Objective To explore the hotspots and frontier trends of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice teaching research between 2004 and 2024 in China. Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure literature (CNKI) related to TCM practice teaching from October 31, 2004 to October 31, 2024 was retrieved. CiteSpace visualization software was used to make a statistical analysis of the number of publications, research institutions, authors, keywords, etc., and knowledge map was draw. Results A total of 1 188 articles were included in the research, and the number of publications showed an overall trend of fluctuation with a general increase published in 198 journals, and 293 authors participated in the literature publication in this field. A total of 133 research institutions were involved. The research fields can be roughly divided into TCM professional disciplines, education and teaching modes, clinical teaching and practice, and the current research frontiers include ideological and political education, TCM clinical thinking, and TCM classics. Conclusions Research on TCM practice teaching in China is relatively active, which has received attention. The overall research trend is the coexistence of growth and fluctuation, and reform and talent training are the current research hotspots. But the cooperation between research groups and institutions are limited, and further communication is needed.
