基于深度学习理论的小组合作项目化学习在中医药院校细胞工程课程教学中的应用

基于深度学习理论的小组合作项目化学习在中医药院校细胞工程课程教学中的应用
Application of deep learning-based collaborative project based learning in Cell Engineering course teaching in traditional Chinese medicine colleges
目的 探讨小组合作项目化学习模式在中医药院校细胞工程课程教学中的应用。 方法 以浙江中医药大学滨江学院2019级生物技术专业学生为观察组(n=42),以2018级生物技术专业学生为对照组(n=37),分别采用小组合作和传统授课模式开展教学。以课堂参与度、学生成绩和学生能力提升问卷结果对教学效果进行评价。 结果 与对照组相比,观察组学生参与课堂的积极性明显提高,平均课堂参与次数由传统教学的1.38次提升至改革后的5.80次,平时成绩的优秀率由21.62%提升至40.48%;实验成绩和期末成绩的平均分显著提高(P<0.05);90%以上学生的自主学习能力、团队合作能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力得到提升。 结论 小组合作项目化学习可作为深度学习的一种方式供生物医药类课程教学改革借鉴。
Objective To explore the application of team-based learning on project in Cell Engineering course of traditional Chinese medicine colleges. Methods The students majoring in biotechnology in grade 2019 at Binjiang College were selected as the observation group (n=42), and students majoring in biotechnology in grade 2018 were selected as the control group (n=37). Team-based learning and traditional teaching mode were used to carry out the teaching respectively. The teaching effect was evaluated by the students’ class participation, students’ performance and ability improvement questionnaire. Results Compared with the control group, the students’ study enthusiasm in the observation group was significantly enhanced, with the class participation times rising from 1.38 to 5.80 after the reform. The excellent rate of regular performance has increased from 21.62% to 40.48%. The average scores of the experimental grades and the final grades increased significantly (P<0.05). The self-study ability, teamwork ability, and the ability to analyze and solve problems of more than 90% students in the observation group were improved. Conclusion Team-based learning on project can serve as a valuable reference as a way of deep learning in biomedical courses.
