人工智能背景下中医人才核心素养的构建与培养——基于学生人工智能能力框架的分析
Core competency framework and cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine professionals in the context of artificial intelligence: An analysis based on the AI-CFS theoretical framework
研究以2024年联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)发布的《学生人工智能能力框架》为理论基础,结合国家对中医药人才培养的要求,提出人工智能背景下中医人才核心素养的“认知-伦理-实践”三维逻辑框架,并基于此逻辑路径,进一步提出中医药院校培育中医人才人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)核心素养的实施路径,包括加速教学体系改革、强化伦理教育及通过搭建实践平台以提升中医人才对AI技术的深度驾驭力。
Based on the Student Artificial Intelligence Competency Framework released in 2024 by UNESCO, and in alignment with national requirements for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) professionals, this study proposes a core competency framework for TCM talents in the context of artificial intelligence (AI). The framework is structured around three interrelated dimensions: cognition, ethics, and practice. On this theoretical basis, the study further explores implementation pathways for cultivating AI core competencies among TCM students in higher education institutions. These pathways include accelerating reforms of teaching systems, strengthening ethical education, and establishing practical platforms to enhance TCM professionals’ in-depth mastery and responsible application of AI technologies.
