中医药院校教师对数智化教育教学工具的应用现状及影响因素研究

中医药院校教师对数智化教育教学工具的应用现状及影响因素研究
Application status and influencing factors of digital-intelligent educational tools among teachers in TCM colleges and universities
目的 在教育数字化战略背景下,探究中医药院校教师对数智化教育教学工具的感知与使用意向如何影响其实际使用行为,厘清关键影响路径,为中医药教育数智化转型提供理论参考。 方法 基于技术接受模型(technology acceptance model,TAM),构建包含感知有用性、感知易用性和使用意向3个潜变量的结构方程模型,并将“实际使用行为”作为观测变量直接引入模型。采用方便抽样法,于2025年6—7月对部分中医药院校的413名专任教师开展问卷调查,采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析与结构方程建模对变量间路径关系进行检验。 结果 感知易用性对感知有用性和使用意向均具有显著正向影响,感知有用性显著正向预测使用意向,且使用意向对实际使用行为的正向效应显著,模型拟合优度良好。 结论 中医药院校教师的数智化教育工具实际使用行为受感知易用性、感知有用性与使用意向的共同驱动,强化感知价值与使用意向是提升其教学实践中数智化工具使用水平的关键。建议从操作简化、资源适配、能力建设等方面协同优化应用路径与支持体系,以提升教师对数智化工具的实际应用水平。
Objective Against the background of the national strategy for educational digitalization, this study explored how teachers’ perceptions of and intention to use digital-intelligent educational tools in TCM colleges and universities influence their actual use behavior, clarified the key influencing pathways, and provided theoretical support and practical insights for the digital-intelligent transformation of TCM education. Methods Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), a structural equation model was constructed with three latent variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention. “Actual use behavior” was directly introduced into the model as an observed variable. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 413 full-time teachers from selected TCM colleges and universities across China from June to July 2025 using convenience sampling. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were used to examine the path relationships among the variables. Results Perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect on both perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. Perceived usefulness significantly and positively predicted behavioral intention, and behavioral intention had a significant positive effect on actual use behavior. The model showed good goodness of fit. Conclusion The actual use behavior of digital-intelligent educational tools among teachers in TCM colleges and universities is jointly driven by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention. Strengthening perceived value and behavioral intention is key to improving the use of digital-intelligent tools in teaching practice. It is recommended that application pathways and support systems be collaboratively optimized in terms of operational simplification, resource adaptation, and capacity building, so as to enhance teachers’ actual application of digital-intelligent tools.
