基于AI的针灸学智能化教学改革与实践研究
Research on AI-based intelligent teaching reform and practice in acupuncture and moxibustion
目的 研究旨在构建并验证基于人工智能信息化技术的针灸学智能化教学模式,探索其在提升学生理论知识掌握、实践技能操作、临床思维能力及学习兴趣方面的有效性,以期为中医药教育教学改革提供新路径。 方法 选取江西中医药大学2022级中医学专业2个自然班,102名学生作为研究对象,试验组(n=52)和对照组(n=50)。试验组采用融合雨课堂人工智能助教、虚拟仿真系统、虚拟针刺训练、智能病案系统等智能化教学模式;对照组采用传统多媒体教学+实操演示模式。通过理论知识测试、技能操作考核、问卷调查及半结构化访谈收集数据并统计分析。 结果 试验组学生理论知识后测成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.001);技能操作考核中,试验组学生在腧穴定位、针刺操作及总分上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷显示试验组学生在各维度满意度(学习兴趣、理论知识理解、实践技能帮助、自主学习能力及总体满意度)上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。访谈结果表明,学生普遍认为人工智能技术能提升学习的沉浸感、反馈的及时性和参与动力。 结论 基于人工智能教学模式能有效提升针灸学的教学质量与效果,尤其在理论与实践相结合、技能标准化训练和临床思维培养方面表现突出,可为中医药教育数字化转型升级提供实践依据。
Objective This study aimed to construct and validate an intelligent teaching model for acupuncture and moxibustion based on AI information technology, and to explore its effectiveness in improving students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, clinical thinking ability, and learning interest, so as to provide a new pathway for teaching reform in TCM education. Methods Two intact classes of 2022 Including 102 undergraduate students majoring in Chinese medicine at Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects. They were divided into experimental group (n=52) and control group (n=52). The experimental group adopted an intelligent teaching model integrating the Rain Classroom AI teaching assistant, a virtual simulation system, virtual acupuncture training, and an intelligent medical case system. The control group received traditional multimedia teaching combined with practical demonstrations. Data were collected through theoretical knowledge tests, practical skills assessments, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews, followed by statistical analysis. Results The post-test scores of theoretical knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.001). In the practical skills assessment, the experimental group outperformed the control group in acupoint location, acupuncture manipulation, and total scores (P<0.05). The questionnaire results showed that the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in all dimensions of satisfaction, including learning interest, understanding of theoretical knowledge, support for practical skills, autonomous learning ability, and overall satisfaction (P<0.05). The interview results indicated that students generally believed AI technology enhanced learning immersion, timeliness of feedback, and motivation for participation. Conclusion The AI-based intelligent teaching model can effectively improve the quality and outcomes of acupuncture and moxibustion teaching. It is particularly effective in integrating theory with practice, standardizing skills training, and cultivating clinical thinking. Therefore, it has value for wider application and provides practical evidence for the digital transformation and upgrading of TCM education.
