基于人工智能的中医标准化病人问诊模型开发与应用
Development and application of an AI-based inquiry model with standardized patients in traditional Chinese medicine
目的 开发并应用基于人工智能(AI)的中医标准化病人(SP)模型,以提高中医学生的问诊技能。 方法 在现有Command-R-Plus模型基础上,通过自然语言处理(NLP)和深度学习算法调优,并集成语音识别技术,实现学生与智能标准化病人(AISP)的实时语音互动。通过与天津中医药大学医考基地合作,收集教学临床数据,建立语料库并训练模型。试验采用“单组前后测设计”,对天津中医药大学50名大学二年级学生进行AISP模型问诊技能训练,通过前测和后测对比及学生满意度调查评估问诊系统的准确性和有效性。 结果 使用AISP模型训练后,学生的问诊技能得分显著提升,且对系统的满意度较高,验证了AISP模型的有效性和易用性。 结论 基于AI的中医SP模型有效提升了学生的问诊技能,具有效率高、可重复使用和互动性强等优势,未来可继续优化模型并扩大应用范围。
Objective To develop and apply an artificial intelligence (AI)-based standardized patient (SP) model for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to enhance students’ inquiry skills. Methods Based on the existing Command-R-Plus model, the model was optimized using natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning algorithms, integrated with speech recognition technology to enable real-time voice interaction between students and the AI standardized patient (AISP). Clinical teaching data were collected in collaboration with the medical examination base of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to build a corpus and train the model. A single-group pretest-posttest design was adopted to assess the inquiry skills of 50 second-year students using the AISP model. Pre- and post-training performance scores and satisfaction surveys were used to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of the model. Results Students’ inquiry scores improved significantly after training with the AISP model, and satisfaction with the system was high, confirming its effectiveness and usability. Conclusion The AI-based TCM SP model effectively improves students’ inquiry skills. With advantages such as high efficiency, reusability, and strong interactivity, the model shows great potential for further optimization and broader application.
