时序演进视域下国土空间生态修复对乡村振兴活力的空间溢出效应研究

Spatial spillover effects of territorial space ecological restoration on rural revitalization vitality from the perspective of temporal evolution

摘要

揭示国土空间生态修复与乡村振兴活力的时空作用关系,对提升自然资源与生态环境效益、赋能乡村社会经济发展效率意义重大。基于2005—2024年省级面板数据,运用综合评价、固定效应、空间杜宾等模型,在明晰二者时序演进特征的基础上,探究了国土空间生态修复对乡村振兴活力的空间溢出效应。结果显示:1)国土空间生态修复和乡村振兴活力均呈递增趋势,二者均呈现东部高于西部、南方高于北方的分布格局,且具有空间集聚特征;2)国土空间生态修复对乡村振兴活力具有直接的显著正向促进作用,作用状态具有时滞性;3)国土空间生态修复对乡村振兴活力具有显著正向空间溢出效应,且空间溢出效应高于直接效应。研究表明国土空间生态修复对乡村振兴活力具有显著的正向直接效应和间接空间溢出效应,可强化跨省域协同治理,打造国土空间生态修复与乡村振兴融合示范样板,有助于进一步释放空间溢出潜能。

Abstract

In China,the ecological restoration and rural revitalization have become key priorities for economic and social development.With the rapid advancement of ecological civilization,the social structure,economic development model and territorial ecological system of rural areas have changed significantly.Thus,unravelling the spatial relationship between territorial space ecological restoration and rural revitalization vitality holds significant implications for enhancing the benefits of natural resources and ecological environments,as well as empowering the efficiency of rural socio-economic development.By using the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2024,comprehensive evaluation,fixed effects,and spatial Durbin models are used to systematically examine the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and spatial spillover effects of territorial space ecological restoration on rural revitalization vitality.The results show that:1) Both territorial space ecological restoration and rural revitalization vitality exhibit increasing trends,with a distribution pattern characterized by higher levels in the eastern region than that in the western region,and higher levels in the southern region than that in the northern region,along with spatial agglomeration features; 2) Territorial space ecological restoration has a direct and significantly positive promoting effect on rural revitalization vitality,and this effect exhibits a time lag; 3) Territorial space ecological restoration exhibits significant spatial spillover effects,it not only effectively promotes the rural revitalization in the local region but also further enhances the level of rural revitalization in neighboring region through spatial spillover.The study shows that territorial space ecological restoration exhibits a significant positive direct effect and indirect spatial spillover effect on rural revitalization vitality.Strengthening cross-provincial collaborative governance and creating demonstration models integrating territorial space ecological restoration with rural revitalization can help further unleash the potential of spatial spillovers.
