农户乡村数字治理参与、环境认知与绿色生产技术采纳
Farmers' participation in rural digital governance, environmental awareness, and adoption of green production technologies: a case study of rice farmers in Jiangsu Province
绿色生产技术采纳行为是推进农业绿色发展和农业提质增效的重要举措。利用江苏省2024年水稻种植户的微观调查数据,采用Tobit模型分析了农户乡村数字治理参与对其绿色生产技术采纳行为的影响及其作用机制,并进一步探讨了绿色生产技术采纳对农业环境效率的影响。研究发现,农户乡村数字治理参与目前处于中等偏下水平,主要是通过绿色生产价值感知参与和乡村环境协同治理意识参与促进了绿色生产技术的采纳。机制分析表明,环境认知在农户乡村数字治理参与和农户的绿色生产技术采纳行为之间起中介作用。异质性分析发现,相对于小农户,农户乡村数字治理参与对规模户的绿色生产技术采纳影响更为显著,通过进一步分析发现,规模户中参加产业组织的农户其影响效果要大于未参与产业组织的农户。据此,从提高农户乡村数字治理参与度、优化农业经营结构、加强农业环境政策和科学生产知识的宣传等方面提出政策建议,有助于提升农户的绿色生产技术采纳行为,从而减少农业面源污染,促进农业的绿色可持续发展。
The adoption of green production technologies is a critical measure to promote the green development of agriculture and improve agricultural quality and efficiency. Utilizing micro-survey data from rice farmers in Jiangsu Province, this article employs the Tobit model to analyze the impact of farmers' participation in rural digital governance on their adoption behavior regarding green production technologies and further explores how the adoption of these technologies affects agricultural environmental efficiency. The study reveals that farmers' participation in rural digital governance is currently at a moderate-to-low level but significantly promotes the adoption of green production technologies, primarily through enhanced perception of the value of green production and increased awareness of collaborative rural environmental governance. Mechanism analysis indicates that environmental awareness plays a mediating role between farmers' participation in rural digital governance and their adoption behavior of green production technologies. Heterogeneity analysis shows that participation in rural digital governance has a more significant impact on the large-scale farmers' adoption of green production technologies compared to small-scale farmers. Further analysis shows that among large-scale farmers, those who participate in industrial organizations experience greater effects than those who do not. Based on these findings, this paper proposes policy recommendations that focus on increasing farmers' participation in rural digital governance, optimizing farm business structures, and strengthening the promotion of agri-environmental polices and scientific production knowledge. These measures are conducive to enhancing farmers' adoption of green production technologies, thereby reducing agricultural non-point source pollution and promoting the green and sustainable development of agriculture.
