碳中和目标下淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率评价及影响因素

碳中和目标下淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率评价及影响因素
Evaluation of carbon emission efficiency of land use and influencing factors in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt under carbon neutrality target
探究淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率影响因素,为加快淮河生态经济带土地利用绿色转型、助力实现碳中和目标提供理论参考。基于2011-2023年淮河生态经济带土地覆被数据,采用超效率SBM—GML模型以及STIRPAT模型考察其土地利用碳排放效率及影响因素。结果发现:淮河生态经济带碳汇量相对稳定,净碳排放量呈上升趋势,建设用地是主要碳源;土地利用碳排放效率总体水平较低,空间上呈东南—西北方向分散、东北—西南方向集聚态势,方向性有所增强,GML指数呈“升—降—升”趋势,分解情况显示技术效率是GML指数上升的主要原因;环境规制、经济发展、人口密度、绿色技术进步对土地利用碳排放效率具有显著提升作用,城镇化和产业结构具有显著负向影响。
The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of carbon emission efficiency of land use in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt and provide theoretical reference and empirical evidence for accelerating the green transformation of land use in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt and helping achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. The methods of literature research, Super efficient SBM-GML model and standard deviation ellipse were employed. The research findings show that: the carbon sink in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt is relatively stable, while the net carbon emissions are on the rise, with the construction land being the main source of carbon emissions; the overall level of carbon emission efficiency from land use is relatively low, showing a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, spatially dispersed in southeast-northwest direction and concentrated in northeast-southwest direction, and the direction has increased, the GML index showed a “rise-fall-rise” trend, and the decomposition showed that technological efficiency is the main reason for the increase in GML index; Environmental regulations, economic development, population density, and green technological progress have a significant impact on improving the carbon emission efficiency of land use, while urbanization and industrial structure have a significant negative impact.
