摘要
中药分析的样品复杂,前处理是后续仪器分析能否取得满意效果的关键.传统溶剂直接提取法的净化效果较差,基质干扰大.固相萃取法净化效果良好,但成本高、操作复杂且耗时,限制了风险物质批量筛查速度.目前,QuEChERS技术已广泛应用于食品、农产品、环境样品快速前处理,且已在中药安全检测中进行了部分使用.由于样品基质的复杂性、新材料的适用性问题,QuEChERS技术的普适性还存在一定不足.通过对QuEChERS技术在中药农残、兽残、真菌毒素、内源性风险成分等分析中的应用研究进行阐述,旨在推动其与仪器分析进一步结合应用,从而为中药安全检测绿色化前处理提供新思路.
