基于蜣螂算法的多微电网优化调度研究
Research on optimal scheduling of multiple microgrids based on dung beetle optimization algorithm
为了提高微电网的经济性和稳定运行能力,提出了一种基于改进的蜣螂优化算法(improve dung beetle optimization, IDBO)的含风光燃储多微电网协同优化调度方法.首先,建立了一个由3个微电网组成的微电网群系统模型,并综合考虑了运行成本和环境成本;其次,再对蜣螂算法的初始化种群进行反向学习,提升初始种群的均匀度;然后采用可变螺旋搜索和Levy飞行策略来加强了算法的寻优能力以及降低陷入局部最优的风险;最后利用仿真案例验证了所改进的算法求解微电网群优化调度模型的有效性和优越性,可实现微电网经济运行.
To enhance the economic viability and stable operation of microgrids, an improved dung beetle optimization algorithm (IDBO) for optimizing microgrids with wind, solar, fuel and energy storage has been proposed. Firstly, a microgrid cluster system model consisting of three microgrids was established, taking into account both operational costs and environmental costs. Secondly, the initialization of the dung beetle algorithm was enhanced through reverse learning to improve the uniformity of the initial population. Then, variable spiral search and Levy flight strategies were employed to strengthen the algorithm's optimization capabilities and reduce the risk of falling into local optima. Finally, simulation cases were used to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the improved algorithm in solving the microgrid cluster optimization scheduling model, achieving economic operation of the microgrid.
