摘要

《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(2022年版)》首次将培训目标明确为六大核心胜任力,考核应以胜任力为导向进行。一些形成性评价工具能够较全面地评估临床胜任力,然而,常用的形成性评价工具多来源于内科系统,并不完全适用于超声医学科。本文对国内外常用的形成性评价工具进行介绍,分析其与超声科的适配性,探索更加适合于超声医学科特点的形成性评价工具。

Abstract

The Content and Standard of Standardized Residency Training (2022 edition) defined the training objective as six core competencies for the first time, so the assessment should be competency oriented. Some formative assessment tools can comprehensively assess clinical competence. However, most of the formative assessment tools come from the internal medicine system and are not fully applicable to ultrasound medicine. This paper introduced the formative assessment tools commonly used at home and abroad, and analyzed their adaptability to the department of ultrasound. More suitable formative assessment tool for the characteristics of ultrasound medicine were explored.
