摘要

在儿童癫痫疾病全周期的管理过程中，为满足癫痫患儿及其家庭的需求，通过建立护理工作室、构建医护合作团队，形成以癫痫患儿为中心及“解决疾病所带来的问题”为核心的疾病全周期管理路径，同时开展护理、教学、科研、人才培养四位一体的工作，提升了专科护理质量，促进了专科护理人才的培养，推动了护理学科建设。

Abstract

In the full-cycle management of pediatric epilepsy, to meet the needs of children with epilepsy and their families, a nursing workshop was established and a medical-nursing cooperation team was formed. A full-cycle management path centered on children with epilepsy and focused on "solving problems caused by the disease" was created. We have carries out the work of nursing, teaching, research, and talent training in a four-pronged manner. This has improved the quality of specialized nursing, promoted the cultivation of specialized nursing talents, and facilitated the construction of nursing disciplines.
