基于德尔菲法的医学院校临床师资培训课程体系构建研究
Constructing training curriculum system for clinical faculty in medical colleges by using the Delphi method
目的 构建与医学院校特性相契合的临床师资培训课程体系,旨在促进临床教师教学能力的提升,增强医学院校临床师资培训工作的科学性、系统性与规范性。 方法 运用德尔菲法,通过两轮德尔菲专家函询,邀请15名专家对初步构建的包含3个维度、23个指标的课程体系进行评价,确定临床师资培训课程体系的各维度及相应指标。 结果 两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为0.491和0.718,协调系数显著提高(P<0.001),最终确立了包含适应与过渡期、形成与成长期、稳定与成熟期3个维度、23个指标的临床师资培训课程体系。 结论 该临床师资培训课程体系的建立,为医学院校开展临床师资培训工作提供指导和引领,并为临床师资的可持续发展提供参考。
Objective To construct clinical teacher training curriculum system that is in line with the characteristics of medical colleges, with the aim of promoting the improvement of clinical teacher teaching abilities and enhancing the scientific, systematic, and standardized nature of clinical teacher training in medical colleges. Methods Using the Delphi method, 15 experts were invited to evaluate the preliminary curriculum system consisting of 3 dimensions and 23 indicators through two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry. The dimensions and corresponding indicators of the clinical teacher training curriculum system were determined. Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consulting experts were 0.491 and 0.718, respectively, and the coordination coefficient was significantly improved (P<0.001). Finally, a clinical teacher training curriculum system was established, which includes three dimensions: adaptation and transition period, formation and growth period, and stable and mature period. Conclusion The establishment of this clinical teacher training curriculum system provides guidance and direction for medical colleges to carry out clinical teacher training work, and provides valuable reference for the sustainable development of clinical teachers.
