中医儿科学教学中融合人文教育实践探索
A preliminary exploration of integrating humanistic education into the teaching of pediatrics in traditional Chinese medicine
在新时代“健康中国”背景下,培养高素质的综合性医疗人才,构建和谐医患关系是满足人民群众追求美好生活愿望的必要条件。课堂教学是医学生职业培训的基石,是培养人文精神、培训职业素养的重要阶段。但长久以来,医学教育一直沿用以知识传授和技能培养为主的传统教学模式,对人文教育的重视程度不足。本文分析了当前中医儿科教学中存在的问题及困境并分析其存在的原因,对课堂教学融合人文教育的方法和途径进行了探讨,提出了改革教育模式,优化课程设置及评价标准,探索在中医儿科学课堂教学中融入人文教育的方法,如在课堂教学中学习医患沟通、巩固沟通技巧、弘扬传统文化、挖掘人文特色等,提出了将人文教育贯穿教学的始终等观点。
In the context of Healthy China in the new era, cultivating high-quality comprehensive medical talents and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship are necessary conditions to meet the people's desire for a better life. Classroom teaching is the cornerstone of medical student vocational training, and an important stage for cultivating humanistic spirit and training professional qualities. However, medical education has long been using a traditional teaching model that focuses on knowledge transmission and skill development, with insufficient emphasis on humanities education. The article analyzes the problems and difficulties in current pediatric teaching of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyzes the reasons for their existence. A preliminary exploration was conducted on the methods and approaches of integrating humanistic education into classroom teaching. Reforming the education model, optimizing curriculum settings and evaluation standards, and incorporating humanistic education into traditional Chinese medicine and pediatrics classroom teaching were proposed. Methods such as learning doctor-patient communication, consolidating communication skills, promoting traditional culture, and exploring humanistic characteristics were also explored. The viewpoint of integrating humanistic education throughout teaching was also proposed.
