“三全育人”视域下医学院校以赛促学教育模式的实践探析

“三全育人”视域下医学院校以赛促学教育模式的实践探析
Practical analysis of competition-driven education model in medical colleges from the perspective of "three-wide education"—a case study of the "Medical Alliance Cup" competition
本文以“三全育人”理念为指导,以“医盟杯”赛事为例,探讨医学院校通过以赛促学的教育模式实现全员、全过程、全方位的育人路径。通过解析“三全育人”与以赛促学的理论耦合,探讨如何将全员、全过程、全方位理念融入竞赛的实践方式,总结出以赛促学、观赛促思、备赛促行的三大核心路径,提出优化策略,即强化校际合作,完善赛事体系建设;完善过程衔接,构建全链条育人体系;拓宽育人维度,强化价值引领;数智技术赋能,创新赛事设计,以期为医学院校深化“三全育人”理念,高质量培养医学人才提供参考。
Guided by the concept of three-wide education, this paper takes the "Medical Alliance Cup" competition as an example to explore the educational model of promoting learning through competitions in medical colleges and universities, and the path of three-wide education covering all members, the whole process, and all aspects. By analyzing the theoretical convergence points of three-wide education and promoting learning through competitions, this paper discusses how to integrate the concepts of all members, the entire process, and all aspects into the practical methods of competitions, and summarizes the three core paths of promoting learning through competitions, promoting thinking through watching competitions, and promoting practice through preparing for competitions. It further puts forward optimization strategies, including strengthening intercollegiate cooperation and improving the construction of competition systems; perfecting process connection and building a full-chain education system; expanding the dimensions of education and strengthening value guidance; empowering with digital and intelligent technologies and innovating competition design. This study is intended to provide references for medical colleges and universities to deepen the concept of three-wide education and cultivate high-quality medical talents.
