植物类中药材内生菌活性成分资源开发与利用

植物类中药材内生菌活性成分资源开发与利用
Development and utilization of active ingredients resources for endophyte in plant traditional Chinese medicine
中药材内生菌通过产生多种生物活性物质,调控植物的次生代谢通路,诱导中药材生物活性成分的合成,是发现活性先导化合物的重要天然产物资源库。本文主要围绕内生菌及其代谢物的活性功能、受生态环境的影响、先导化合物的开发以及引入多重组学技术应用进行综述,并对内生菌天然产物的可持续发展进行了展望:通过代谢调控通路定向寻找目标药物并定位目标基因,建立内生菌菌库和基因库;通过基因编辑技术定点精准靶向修饰目的基因,随后激发细胞内源性的修复机制来实现基因定向改造;利用基因工程技术获得工程菌株,为新型天然产物的产业化奠定基础。本文旨在为中药材植物内生菌资源的开发与利用提供新思路。
Endophytes of Chinese medicinal materials, which are an important resource pool of natural products for discovery of active lead compounds, regulate the secondary metabolite pathway of plants by producing a variety of bioactive substances, and induce the synthesis of bioactive components in Chinese medicinal materials. The active function, influence of ecological environment, development of lead compounds, and the application of introducing multiple recombinant technology of endophytes and their metabolites are reviewed in this paper. The sustainable development of natural products from endophytes is prospected: target drugs and target genes can be targeted through metabolic regulatory pathways to establish endophyte and gene banks; gene editing technology will be used to accurately target and modify target genes, and then stimulate the endogenous repair mechanism of cells to achieve gene directed modification; engineering strains can be obtained by using genetic engineering technology, which lays a foundation for the industrialization of new natural products. This paper aims to provide a new idea for development and utilization of endophytes resources of Chinese medicinal plants.
