线棘豆的性状与显微鉴别研究
Macroscopic and microscopic identification of Oxytropis filiformis DC.
为了建立线棘豆(Oxytropis filiformis DC.)的生药学鉴别方法,为线棘豆的鉴别及质量评价提供依据,采用性状及显微鉴别的方法,对线棘豆的性状特征、叶轴和叶的组织结构以及药材粉末的显微特征进行研究。结果显示,线棘豆茎短缩;叶轴横切面心形;维管束外韧型,约为7个,形成连续的环;维管束上下两侧多有纤维束,木化,呈月牙形,断续环列;髓细胞呈类圆形或者六边形,具较大的胞腔;小叶主脉维管束为外韧型;韧皮部由较小的细胞组成,木质部的导管径向排列整齐;维管束鞘明显,由一层类圆形薄壁细胞组成;粉末中有单细胞非腺毛、不等式气孔、成束的纤维等显微特征。该研究首次明确了线棘豆全草的性状特征和显微特征,所建立的鉴别方法操作简单,准确可靠,可为该品种的鉴定以及资源的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
In order to establish the pharmacognostic identification method of Oxytropis filiformis, and provide the basis for its identification and quality evaluation, macroscopic and microscopic identification methods were used to study the character and characteristics, leaf axis and leaf tissue structure, and microscopic characteristics of medicinal powder. The results showed that, the stem of O. filiformis is shortened; the transverse section of the leaf axis is heart shape; vascular bundle of external tough type is about 7, forming a continuous ring; vascular bundles have many fiber bundles on the upper and lower sides, lignified, crescent⁃shaped, intermittently annulated; pith cells are rounded or hexagonal in shape, with large lumens; vascular bundles of the main veins of the lobules are externally tough; phloem is composed of smaller cells; xylem catheters are arranged in a neat radial direction; vascular bundle sheath is obvious and consists of a layer of round parenchyma cells; unicellular non⁃glandular hairs, bundles of fibers, and indeterminate stomata are observed in the powder. This study first presents the characters and microscopic identification characteristics of the whole grass of O. filiformis, and the established method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can provide a theoretical basis for the identification and further development and utilization of this variety.
