藏药牛尾蒿本草考证及化学成分、生物学作用研究进展
Research progress on the verification, chemical composition, and biological effects of Tibetan medicine Artemisia dubia
牛尾蒿作为传统中医和藏医、蒙医等传统医药体系中的一种常用药材,其生物学功能十分广泛,在多种藏药复方制剂中发挥作用。现代研究发现牛尾蒿含有多种化学成分,具有不同的生物学活性,应用前景良好。通过查阅《月王药诊》《中国医学百科全书·藏医学》等经典文献和权威著作,对藏药牛尾蒿的命名溯源、性味功效及其在复方制剂中的应用情况进行本草考证,并结合文献报道综述了牛尾蒿的主要化学成分及其生物学作用。结果显示,牛尾蒿主要含有萜类、挥发油类和苯丙素类等化学成分,具有镇咳平喘、抗虫抗菌、抗氧化抗炎以及抗肿瘤等广泛的生物学作用,在人类和动物疾病治疗方面具有较高的药用价值。
Artemisia dubia, a medicinal material commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine, as well as in Tibetan and Mongolian medical systems, exhibits a broad range of biological functions and is incorporated into various Tibetan medicinal compound preparations. Modern research has revealed that Artemisia dubia contains multiple chemical constituents with diverse biological activities, indicating promising potential for further development and application. In this review, a herbalogical investigation of the Tibetan medicine Artemisia dubia—covering its nomenclature, medicinal properties, and uses in compound formulations—is conducted by reviewing classics and authoritative works such as Yuewang Medicine Clinic and Chinese Medical Encyclopedia: Tibetan Medicine. In addition, the main chemical components and biological effects of Artemisia dubia are summarized based on literature reports. The findings indicate that Artemisia dubia primarily contains terpenoids, volatile oils, and phenylpropanoids, which are associated with a wide spectrum of pharmacological activities, including antitussive, antiasthmatic, antiparasitic, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antitumor effects. These properties highlight its significant medicinal value in the treatment of diseases in both humans and animals.
