娘亚牦牛人工授精与超数排卵试验

娘亚牦牛人工授精与超数排卵试验
Investigation of the Estrus Induction Effects of Various Drugs and Superovulation Experiment in Niangya Yaks
娘亚牦牛作为西藏那曲市嘉黎县的珍贵牦牛品种,对当地经济发展具有重要意义。然而其自然繁殖力低下,成为影响经济发展的重要因素之一。为推动娘亚牦牛良种扩繁进程,本研究采用孕酮栓+ PG + PMSG同期发情处理(A组,n = 13)与三合激素快速发情处理(B组,n = 12)进行对比,探究三合激素快速发情在娘亚牦牛上的应用效果;同时采用孕酮栓+ FSH + PG超数排卵方法处理娘亚牦牛母牦牛,探究高原地区娘亚牦牛超数排卵技术是否可用于提高其繁殖力。结果表明:A组处理发情牦牛集中于撤栓后48 h内,总发情率为92.31%,人工授精后受胎率为58.33%;B组处理发情牦牛集中于注射三合激素后72 h,且发情率仅为58.33%,显著低于A组(P < 0.05),人工授精后受胎率为57.14%,与A组无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。超数排卵结果表明:孕酮栓+ FSH + PG处理方法可用于娘亚牦牛的良种扩繁,处理后发情率可达到80%,平均黄体数为3.2 ± 1.32个,冲胚后头均胚胎数为0.75 ± 0.71枚。本文为西藏娘亚牦牛人工授精及超数排卵提供了数据参考。
The Niangya yak, a precious yak breed in Jiali County, Naqu City, Xizang, holds significant economic importance for the local region. Nevertheless, its natural reproductive capacity is low, which constitutes one of the crucial factors influencing economic development. To advance the breeding process of Niangya yaks, this study compared the application effect of the progesterone suppository + PG + PMSG synchronization treatment (Group A, n = 13) with the three-hormone rapid synchronization method (Group B, n = 12) to explore the effect of the three-hormone rapid synchronization method on Niangya yaks. Simultaneously, the progesterone suppository + FSH + PG superovulation method was employed to treat Niangya yaks in the highlands, and to investigate whether the superovulation technology in the highlands could be utilized to enhance their reproductive capacity. The results demonstrated that in estrus synchronization, the estrus of yaks in Group A was concentrated within 48 hours post-pessary removal, achieving an overall estrus rate of 92.31% and an artificial insemination conception rate of 58.33%. In contrast, for Group B, estrus was concentrated 72 hours after triad hormone injection, with a significantly lower estrus rate of 58.33% (P < 0.05) compared to Group A. However, the artificial insemination conception rate for Group B was 57.14%, which did not differ significantly from Group A (P > 0.05). The superovulation results indicated that the progesterone pessary + FSH + PG treatment method could effectively enhance the breeding of Niangya yaks. Post-treatment, the estrus rate reached 80%, with an average of 3.2 ± 1.32 corpora lutea per cow. This theoretically allowed for approximately 3 embryos per cow, while embryo flushing yielded an average of 0.75 ± 0.71 embryos per head. This could be employed as a measure to improve the reproductive capacity of high-quality mother yaks. This study provides data references for the synchronization and superovulation of Niangya yaks in Xizang.
