中医临床课程理论综合考试的优化策略研究
Optimization strategies for comprehensive theoretical examinations of clinical courses in traditional Chinese medicine
中医临床课程理论综合考试是北京中医药大学引导长学制本科阶段学生提升岗位胜任力的阶段性考核,但实践发现其在评价学生临床思维、综合能力等方面还存在不足,还需进一步优化完善。本文以中医执业医师资格考试大纲修订为契机,在分析大纲指导优化中医临床课程理论综合考试可行性的基础上,通过对比2013年和2020年中医执业医师资格考试大纲,总结出修订后的大纲中考试科目与内容更加细化、突出临床知识和思维能力考核、突出中医特色。以此为基础,中医临床课程理论综合考试将从考试立意、实现路径和试题保障3个维度进行优化,提升中医学长学制学生岗位胜任力,提高中医人才培养质量。
The comprehensive theoretical examination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical courses is a phased assessment at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine to guide long-term undergraduate students to enhance their post competency. However, practice has revealed deficiencies in evaluating students' clinical thinking, comprehensive abilities, requiring further optimization and improvement. Taking the revision of the syllabus for the TCM Practitioner Qualification Examination as an opportunity, this paper analyzes the feasibility of using the practitioner qualification syllabus to guide the optimization of the comprehensive theoretical examination of TCM clinical courses. By comparing the 2013 and 2020 syllabuses for the TCM Practitioner Qualification Examination, it summarizes that the revised syllabus features more detailed examination subjects and contents, with an emphasis on assessing clinical knowledge and thinking ability, as well as highlighting TCM characteristics. Based on this, the comprehensive theoretical examination of TCM clinical courses will be optimized from three dimensions: examination orientation, implementation paths, and question quality assurance, aiming to enhance the post competency of long-term TCM students and improve the quality of TCM talent cultivation.
