广东省精神科住院医师规范化培训基地教学门诊现况调查

广东省精神科住院医师规范化培训基地教学门诊现况调查
Survey on the current situation of teaching outpatient clinics in standardized training bases for psychiatric residents in Guangdong province
目的 了解和分析广东省精神科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)基地教学门诊开展现况,为基地质量建设提供参考。 方法 以参加2024年广东省精神科住培骨干师资培训班的住培师资为调查对象,采用问卷进行调查,内容涉及基本信息、目前所在单位开展教学门诊情况和教学门诊意愿等方面。 结果 共104份师资问卷纳入研究,其中80名(76.92%)知晓精神科教学门诊;45名(43.27%)所在单位设立了精神科教学门诊;101名(97.12%)希望开展精神科教学门诊;48名(46.15%)期望开展的教学门诊模式为指导模式(住院医师主要接诊,指导医师辅助指导);40名(38.46%)和33名(31.73%)认为教学门诊的难点为分层教学和住院医师独立接诊患者;62名(59.62%)认为精神科教学门诊最难实现的教学目的为掌握精神科临床思维和临床技能;38名(36.54%)和35名(33.65%)认为住院医师最需要的培训内容为系统分析和问诊技巧;75名(72.12%)认为精神科教学门诊需加强的方面是规范教学门诊的学习和培训、对带教师资进行支持奖励(物质和晋升政策等)和加强教学门诊的宣传。 结论 精神科教学门诊的知晓度较高,但仍有进一步提升的空间,教学门诊的规范性和重视程度还需进一步提高。
Objective To understand and analyze the current status of teaching outpatient clinics in psychiatric resident training bases in Guangdong Province, providing references for the quality construction of these bases. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting resident instructors participating in the 2024 Guangdong Province Psychiatric Resident Physician Backbone Teacher Training Program. The survey covered areas such as participants' basic information, the current status of teaching clinics in their respective institutions, and their willingness to engage in teaching clinic activities. Results A total of 104 valid questionnaires were included in the analysis. Among the respondents, 80 (76.92%) were aware of the psychiatric teaching clinic; 45 (43.27%) reported that their institution had established a psychiatric teaching clinic; 101 (97.12%) expressed interest in developing a psychiatric teaching clinic; 48 (46.15%) preferred a guidance model for the teaching clinic, where residents mainly see patients, with the supervising faculty providing assistance; 40 (38.46%) and 33 (31.73%) identified challenges in tiered teaching and residents independently managing patients as the main difficulties in implementing a teaching clinic; 62 (59.62%) considered the most difficult educational objective in a psychiatric teaching clinic to be mastering clinical psychiatric thinking and skills; 38 (36.54%) and 35 (33.65%) believed that the most needed training content for residents was systematic analysis and interview skills; 75 (72.12%) indicated that the key areas for improvement in psychiatric teaching clinics were standardizing the learning and training of teaching clinics, providing support and incentives (such as financial and promotion policies) for faculty, and strengthening the publicity of teaching clinics. Conclusion The awareness of psychiatric teaching outpatient services is relatively high, but there is still room for further improvement. The standardization and prioritization of teaching outpatient services need to be enhanced.
